Truly Design - Visual Communication Studio

Ah! And don't miss the next events at Architettura in città at the OGR in Torino, where we are preparing an anamorphic installation, as well as the fifth LOV edition, during which our studio will be open to all.

"Seems True - A ten year journey" is not only a documentary. It is the story of a decennial itinerary which has led four Italian artists to take on walls and galleries across the world. From today, April 18th 2013, it will be published on Truly Design's Youtube channel.

Twenty minutes saturated with passion and emotion, in which Truly Design Collective talks about itself in front of Trickle Production's electronic eye. The documentary's first preview took place last April 5th in Torino, home to the four artists. The soundtrack, crafted by Toys and Brandumize, harmonizes the emotional narration with alternative rock and electronic music.

"Seems True - A ten year journey", after a world première and online publication, will be on tour. The upcoming months will feature a caravan of events presenting the documentary with the participation of its main actors.

So new year has started, local political mumbo-jumbo is polluting our lives, and amongst this mud we hike relentlessly.

To overcome this soulless crisis we created:
- new humility. Rems tears off vestiges and crowns to reveal who we truly are, in his Vanitas series;
- new music. Mauro designed the album art for Toby Wrecker's first solo project from Australia;
- new perspectives. Rems and Vesod team up for a multi-faceted, fragmented and dynamic view;
- new horizons. Delta Sky Magazine published an article about us.

We hope to inspire before impressing. We Truly do.

Hey everyone! This autumn brings you some signature-style works by Mauro149 and Mach505: respectively, watercolored ink drawings and anamorph. Meanwhile, we are anxiously waiting for other commissions to be published, ready to share them! See you soon!

This summer the whole crew had the chance to paint in a really cool location: the former Torino zoo, right downtown next to the Po river, and abandoned since 1987. For the past couple of years Border Land Association has been giving life back to the Park: a unique chance to create site-specific artwork, creating dialogue with the shattered remains of an open-air prison.

As part of Living Studio EXTRA, the Klagenfurt Stadtgalerie presents street art collective Truly Design from Torino.
Mauro 149, Rems 182, Ninja 1 and Mach 505 bring to the Haus der Architektur and at Urban Art Gallery Artlane a wide selection of works spacing from graffiti to illustration, painting, graphic design and photography.

From September 4 the artists will be creating a mural on the Stadtgalerie wall.

With this newsletter we'll be introducing some new genres to the TD portfolio! We took on two types of creativity totally new to us: packaging and editorial graphic design and layout. To tell you more, we had a great time too! Furthermore, Rems' new series "Dreams of glory", showcased for the first time a few days ago at the "Stroke Art Fair" in Munich.
