Summer dreaming

So here we are again, facing summertime: painting, graff jams, last minute booking. Sweaty, paint-stained hands and computers at rest.
As I write this update, Rems is at the Carhartt Gallery in Basel with his latest canvasses, and my mind is drifting towards the coming weekend's piece!
Soon we'll be uploading the summer's adventures. For now, here are the last indoor productions: flowers and arches.

Finally

Yesterday, March 8th, the new and long awaited Subsonica album was released. We took care of its design and graphic concept.
Listening to Eden's tracks, we found ourselves in front of a vital and colored album, at the same time mature and conscious, filled with dreams and ideals which must interact with everyday reality. We all build our Eden on what we have, around our own lives.
So, we studied a mural painting able to re-create an earthly paradise in an ordinary bedroom, distorted on walls and furnishing thanks to the anamorph technique. Here is the result!
Furthermore, two series of canvasses by Mauro149 and Rems182, which you can see for yourself at the Artevision Gallery (via Santa Giulia 14/C, Torino) until March 20th.

Fluorescent geometries

We kicked off 2011 by uploading a few really cool commissions. In this update, we focus on the music scene: an epic winter battle (Blu Room Recording Studio) and the interior decoration of No Signal Recording Studio, the home of one of the biggest names on the Italian music scene: Linea77.
Plus, a couple of publications: a handful of logos on Logolounge focus and Ninja1's anamorphs on Fefé Visual Mag.
Enjoy :)

Rems182 workout

Happy New Year everyone!
After New Year's Eve savage partying, Truly Design started the year by working hard on a few big projects which will be finished within the end of this month.
In the meantime, taste these exercises in style by Rems182: posters, T-shirt designs and a few snowboards.
Stay tuned!

Below Zero

This month has been full of work for Truly Design.
We split between outdoor painting (some degrees below zero) and a few studio projects which will give way to new canvasses and digital experiments.
We created a huge mural on the external walls of MyCrom, featuring some of the most famous Italian comicbook heroes.
Moonbay's first album is out, featuring our logodesign and graphic design.
On December 23rd, starting from 7PM, we will be performing live together with Max Petrone at the Allegretti Contemporanea gallery in Torino. Furthermore, this month we are featured in two other exhibitions: one at Artevision gallery in via Santa Giulia 14/C /Torino), and the other at the Amantes exhibition space in via Principe Amedeo 28/A (still Torino), up until January 8th.

Welcome to Truly-Design.com 3.0!

Hi everyone! In the last months we've been busy with work, travel (on the left here a picture from our leisure/study holiday in New York) and reflections on the direction Truly Design has taken and how a new media container could pull together everything we do. In an orderly fashion, possibly.
It took us a few weeks to transform our inspiration into a concrete change in our way of presenting ourselves: TD.com 3.0 divides our projects in four sections, allowing navigation based on project type, from our unleashed creativity to commissioned work, without excluding anything from the totality which defines us.
In this season of change we also enrichened our portfolio, with new projects amongst which PicTurin Festival, Wok'n Roll and Rems182's portraits on paper.
